ANNAPURNA
FOOD COUNTER
 This
is one of the recent additions to the Samiti’s
premises. The idea germinated from the need to
provide refreshments to trainees and participants
of workshops etc. Seeing the growing need for such
refreshments, the Samiti decided to provide an
outlet for home made foodstuff of housewives and
marginalized women.
This
gives the women an opportunity to earn additional
income. It also brings in additional resources for
the general fund of TDMS.
Annapurna
is yet to emerge as a commercial venture.
Nevertheless a beginning has been made and we have
been able to cater to our internal needs. It has
tremendous potential and efforts are being made to
improve it.
